Every big commercial build starts the same way - with raw dirt and a plan. That's exactly where we are with Famcon Pipe & Supply's new location. The site is active, the equipment is rolling, and the groundwork is being laid the right way from day one.

Site prep is one of those phases that doesn't get a lot of attention, but it matters more than most people realize. Get it wrong here and you're fighting problems all the way through the build. Grading, soil compaction, utility trenching - every one of those steps has to be done right before a single footing gets poured.

You're looking at a serious operation out there. Multiple CAT excavators, articulated dump trucks, and a large water tank on-site to manage dust and soil conditions across the full footprint.
